Jergens Workholding Solutions MonoQuad, MultiQuad and Hex Systems integrate the unique features of the Twin Vise into a clamping system for use on horizontal machining centers. They are available in an array of models ranging from 8-workpiece capacity to 16-workpiece capacity.

8-station Bock Mono-Quad vise

All Jergens Workholding MonoQuad, MultiQuad and Hex Systems offer:

  • Built-in single station adapter plate 
  • One piece column manufactured from high-strength aluminum 
  • Hardened and ground steel guideways 
  • Quick release reversible soft jaws 
  • Base plate included 
  • Bolts directly to Bock Brand Locator Plates using DEXLOC Double Expanding Locator Pins.
  • Also fits 80mm and 100mm grid patterns.
